The question to ask us if you are thinking about using George Hinkhouse as a builder for yourself is this: If we had to do it over again, would we again use George to build our house? The answer would be an enthusiastic YES!

James S. Russell:

We had a number of technical constraints on our lot because of the slope, the drainage, and the height restrictions to name three. Yet you worked with all of the engineers and the permit process to work through the difficulties. And when we did have problems with the height limitations and the rock requirements and the foundation specifications, almost all of which were beyond your control, we were able to work out solutions amiably and effectively. In fact, I enjoyed working with you on all the project. And at the end, when it became a race with the bank deadline for financing, you did an excellent job of pulling together the contractors and permit folks to enable us to meet the deadline.
